Preparation and Usage
Remove all packaging and set aside sachet for later use.
Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6.
Place the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil.
Place in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, discard any juices and shred pork by pulling apart with two forks.
Pour sachet of sauce over meat and mix until evenly coated.
Return to oven and cook for a further 5 minutes uncovered.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
