Wrap fillet & butter loosely in aluminium foil, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: To Fry: Gently heat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry fillets with butter over a medium temperature for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Ensure the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
