Preparation and Usage
Not suitable for microwave use.Three Simple Steps1. Heat 1 tsp. oil (or ghee) in a saucepan until hot. Add the spices from the small spice pouch (add the chilli for extra optional heat) and take off the heat; cook 15 seconds.2. Put the pan back on the heat and stir in the lentils (from the large pouch).3. Add in the tarka (from the medium pouch) and 2-3 tbsp. water.
