INGREDIENTS: Lamb (100%).
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, best within 1 days and by ‘use by’ date shown.
Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4
Time: 2hrs 30mins
Oven Instructions Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. 2hrs 30 mins. Place lamb in roasting tin. Season with salt and pepper and cover with tin foil. Place into the centre of a pre-heated oven for 2 hours. Remove from the oven, carefully remove the foil and return to the oven for a further 30 minutes. Once cooked, rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
