200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 mins. per kg + 20 mins. Extra
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven. Place chicken in a roasting tin and cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 45 minutes per kg plus 20 minutes extra, basting occasionally. Allow chicke to stand in a warm place for 5-10 minutes prior to serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before eating.
To check product is cooked insert a skewer into the deepest part of the chicken. If product is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check as required. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
