Just bought a couple of weeks ago. Already I am fed up with it and would take back had I not already thrown the box away! The noisiest kettle I have ever, ever come across. Not only that but the base is wobbly. Its rubbish and I would not buy another even if it was only a fiver!

My first experience of using it has been satisfactory. My only disappointment was finding the water level not so easy to read as with my previous kettle but no doubt I'll get more used to it. Also the lid is quite a tight fit and needs a good push down but probably that will become easier through time. Was relieved to find that the stainless steel handle of the jug and the lid stayed cool. It was a very rapid boil even when full and quiet too. Am happy with my purchase and hope it will keep working for as long as my my previous one.
