Keep refrigerated between 0-4°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and always by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. This product was previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. This product is still suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Use by: see front of pack.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Note: The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking.Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Place fillets with butter on aluminium foil and wrap loosely. Place on a baking tray in the oven and allow to cook for 8-10 minutes or until piping hot throughout

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove butter discs from sea bass and set to one side. Preheat a teaspoon of oil over a medium heat. Place the sea bass skin side down in pan and cook gently for 4-6 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy. Turn the sea bass, add the butter to the pan and baste the fillets while cooking for the final 2 minutes.
