Microwave from frozen

Instructions: (Based on 1 pouch): Remove outer packaging place pouch on a microwavable plate. Pierce pouch several times. Cook on full power (CAT E 800W) for 3 minutes and allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening the pouch as there may be some build up of steam.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Note: The following are guidelines only. Some appliances vary. Cook from frozen.Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Pre-heat the oven 220°C/ 200 °C Fan/ Gas Mark 7. Remove fillet from all packaging and wrap loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a preheated baking tray in oven and allow to cook for 30-35 minutes.

Air Fry

Instructions: (Based on 1 portion): Remove fillet from all packaging and place the salmon portion into the air fryer basket on a sheet of foil. Set the temperature of the air fryer to 180°C and cook for 20-25 minutes. Cook times are based on a 1550W air fryer and may vary in different models. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C. Consume before best before end date.
