Keep refrigerated at 0-4°C.Freezing: Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook

Instructions: Cook product in the hit is packed in. All appliances vary and these instructions are guidelines only. Ensure product thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Please handle with care as product will be hot and beware of escaping steam when opening the bag after cooking.Fan Oven 180°C/Electric 200°C/Gas Mark 6. Place vacuum packed salmon and butter on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven for 25 - 28 minutes.

CAUTION: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
