Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook

Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.210℃, Fan 190℃, Gas mark 7, 18-20 mins- Pre-heat the oven.- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.- Turn over after 10 minutes.- Cook until crisp and golden.

Air Fry

Instructions: Alternatively, air fry from frozen.180°C, 14 mins- Place product in the basket (max. 6 Chunky Fish Fingers) and place in the air fryer.- Shake halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.- Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Storage

Store in a freezer at -18℃ or cooler.
