Preparation and Usage

To make your brown bread you need:420ml buttermilk†, 3 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar.Preheat Oven to 210°C / Fan Oven 190°C / Gas Mark 6.1. Place dry mix into a bowl.2. Add buttermilk & apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.3. Empty mixture into a lined 2lb loaf tin. Bake for 40-45 mins.4. Remove from the oven and out of the tin, allow to cool on a wire rack, then enjoy.†For a vegan loaf, use vegan buttermilk.

Store in a cool, dry place.
