Microwave from frozen
Instructions: Place the bag on a microwaveable dish and pierce twice near the top of the bag. Heat on full power for the time specified below.Oven Wattage Total Cooking Time (1 Shank).D/800W 6 minutes, stand for 2 minutes, gently shake and cook for further 3 minutes.E/1000W 6 minutes, stand for 2 minutes, gently shake and cook for further 2 minutes.For 2 Shanks increase the cooking time by 4 minutes.Once heated, carefully cut along the top of the bag with a pair of scissors. Empty the contents onto a plate and stir the sauce before serving.Caution: Beware of escaping steam when opening the bag. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.

Oven cook
Instructions: 1 hour - 1 hour 10 mins180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4For best results cook from frozen. Cut along the top of the bag and empty contents into an oven proof dish with a lid. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 60-70 minutes. Keep the dish covered throughout cooking. If cooking two shanks, increase the cooking time to 80 minutes. Stir the sauce before serving.
