Shallow Fry

Instructions: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry lardons over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently.Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 4°C at bottom of fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
