Description

Fermented and pasteurised organic tempeh.In the BuffWe've left this Tempeh au naturel so you can cook it your way. Start with a firm, dense texture and an earthy, nutty flavour, then slice, dice, crumble it or whatever you fancy. Now marinate, fry, bake or glaze - you're the master of your own mealtimes.Try whipping up a carbonara, a curry or a monster sandwich dripping with BBQ sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Chop, cook, enjoy. Or for an extra flavour boost marinate for 15 mins before cooking.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tempeh is piping hot before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan Gas Mark 6/20 minsBake: Preheat oven. Toss in a little oil and bake on a tray.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Medium heat 10 minsHeat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
