Cooking Instructions

Instructions: How to do tempehRemove all packaging. Chop, cook, enjoy!All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tempeh is piping hot before serving.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Medium heat/ 8 minutesFry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/14 minutesBake: Pre-heat oven.Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway.

Storage

For use by see bottom of packKeep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened place in an airtight container, use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing, but may change the texture. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
