Keep refrigerated 0-4°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use or cook directly from frozen. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.Use by: see front of pack.

Oven cook

Instructions: Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 18 - 20 minutes chilled and 20-25 minutes frozen turning halfway through. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
