Was a great product, but not now.

As other reviewers who wrote last year, I too had used this product for many years and it was excellent. Having just opened a new one (I have previously been using up pots from my last bulk buy) I have found exactly the same. The product no longer slides easily over the skin and is absorbed, but is thicker and heavier and my face was covered in a white goo. What on earth is the point of changing something that works for something that is awful? Sadly, I now also have to look for a new product. I would have given no stars if I could.
Soft & moisturising
A NIVEA Customer
I love this cream because of lots of reasons and they are it's so soft ,gentle and moisturising. It protects you from sun's uv lights. It also helps your wrinkles from forming as quick and feels so light on skin :sparkles: I would definitely recommend it for anyone to try as it won't disappoint & for such a cheap price

Changed for the worse
A NIVEA Customer
I have been using Nivea Q10 day cream since it first launched in the late 1990s. It has been an excellent moisturiser and I wouldn't have considered using any other brand. However, the formula has changed, and for me it has become unusable. It no longer smooths easily over face and neck but sits on top of the skin in white streaks which take time and effort to rub in. Once rubbed in, my skin tone appears matt not luminous (as with the previous version), and the consistency is thick and greasy. Applying makeup is more difficult and there is a greasy, heavy feeling on my face all day. I am so disappointed with this and can't think why Nivea would change an already excellent product. If the old version was still available I'd bulk buy it, but will not purchase this formula again. This formula has not been on the market long, and reviews written months/years ago praise this moisturiser. But as this formula is relatively new, I'm guessing the reviews relate to the older product. Not a change for the better in my opinion.
Disappointing New Formula
A NIVEA Customer
Have been using Nivea Q10 Day Cream SPF 15 for probably over 10 years and love it. It is light & easily absorbed & leaves my face glowing. However, the formula seems to have been changed & it is now thick & heavy. It doesn't absorb easily at all & leaves white marks all over which have to be vigorously rubbed in to get rid of them. Will probably have to look for a new day cream now which is very disappointing after all these years.
