Preparation and Usage
Preparation: To enjoy your steak at its best, take out of the fridge and remove packaging 10 minutes before cooking.
For best results we recommend pan frying. Rub or brush each side of the steak with a little oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
TIP: Slice an onion and fry it in the same pan as your steak. The flavours will release and caramelise on the steak, helping you make the tastiest sandwich.
