Instructions: This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.Remove all packaging.Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for time indicated. Ensure fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20-25 mins

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
