Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 12-15 minutesRemove all packaging. For best results oven cook. OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven and wrap the fillet loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and allow to cook for 12-15 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: This product is not suitable for microwave cooking

Shallow Fry

Instructions: SHALLOW FRY 10-12 mins. Pre-heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan over a medium heat. Pan fry the fillet for 10-12 minutes, turning once.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL MEDIUM/HIGH 12-15 mins. Heat grill to medium/high. Place the fillet on aluminium foil. Place onto wire rack of a grill pan and grill for 12-15 minutes.

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
