Sweet & Sour Chicken.
Serves 4
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 454g chicken breast cut into 2 inch strips; 1 jar of Hearty Food Co. Sweet and Sour Sauce; 15ml (1 tbsp) oil.
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked, add sliced peppers if desired.
2. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
To Serve: Serve with wholegrain rice or noodles.
