Preparation and Usage
Thai Green Prawn Curry.
Cooking Time: 19-26 minutes.
Method: Hob
Ingredients: 15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil; 1 jar of Tesco Green Thai Curry Paste 200g; 400ml (1 can) coconut milk; 300g of Prawns.
Method: Hob
1. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat.
2. Add the contents of the jar to the pan and fry for a 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the prawns to the pan and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Ensure the prawns are thoroughly cooked and desired consistency is reached.
To Serve: Serve with cooked jasmine rice.
