Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 1. Place a 160g Green Isle Cauliflower Rice bag, unopened, printed side up in microwave. (Do not pierce steambag).2. Adjust cooking time according to the power rating of your microwave oven and the serving quantity.During cooking the steam bag will slowly inflate as steam builds up in bag. A special vent in the packaging allows the steam to escape slowly during cooking.1 bag: 650W 3 1/2 mins; 750W 3 1/2 mins; 850W 3 mins3. Stand for 1 minute. Remove bag from microwave, drain, season and serve.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary.For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving. If cooking more than one bag make sure they are not overlapping.Caution:Be careful when handling cooked product as it will be very hot.Do not microwave outer packaging.
Stir Fry
Instructions: Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Empty contents of 1 x 160g bag of Green Isle Cauliflower Rice into wok and stir fry on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add a few drops of water to the wok or pan to add moisture if required.
