Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, 180°C, Gas 6Time: 10-15 mins200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 10-15 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Steam

Instructions: 10-13 mins Place in a steamer. Steam over a pan of simmering water for 10-13 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY: 6-8 mins. Fry in a little oil for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.

GriLL

Instructions: Medium 12-15 mins Place under a pre-heated grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge. This product may have been previously frozen and restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
