Preparation and Usage
Cooking time: 25-28 minutes.
Makes: 12 brownies
Method: Oven
You will need: 50g unsalted butter; 2 medium eggs.
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180⁰C/Fan 160⁰C/Gas 4.
2. Assemble the cardboard tray provided and place on a baking tray.
3. In a small microwaveable bowl empty the sachet of chocolate chunks and add the butter.
4. Microwave on full power for 30-60 seconds, stirring occasionally until all the chocolate and butter has melted. Leave to one side.
5. Empty the brownie mix sachet into a mixing bowl and add the eggs.
6. Mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and then fold in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
7. Pour the mixture into the cardboard baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 25-28 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely in the baking tray.
