Why not try making a Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition Irish Coffee?Ingredients:75ml Dark Roast Coffee,25ml 2:1 Demerara Syrup40ml Jameson Caskmates Stout EditionGrated NutmegDouble CreamHow to Make: Lightly whip the cream just so it's very slightly thickened, then set aside. Pour the hot coffee into a heatproof glass, add the whiskey and sugar syrup. Gently float the cream on the top and sprinkle the nutmeg over the cream and serve hot. Garnish with grated nutmeg or coffee beans.
