Preparation and Usage

Bake Your Own MultigrainAll you need is300-350ml milk/water900g/2lb loaf tinTo Make1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Grease the 2lb/900g loaf tin.2. Empty contents of pack into a mixing bowl, add milk/water. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.3. Transfer the dough into the tin. Spread evenly, smooth the surface with the back of a spoon dipped in water and dust with flour if liked.4. Make a cut 2cm / 3/4" deep lengthwise along the centre of the dough.5. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 40-45 mins. or until golden brown.6. Turn out onto a wire tray and cool completely before slicing.Fan Oven:As baking characteristics of fan ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines.Enjoy!
