Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 200, 6Time: 12-15For best results oven cook. OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven and wrap the fillet loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and allow to cook for 12-15 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: SHALLOW FRY 10-12 mins. Pre-heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan over a medium heat. Pan fry the fillet for 10-12 minutes, turning once.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL MEDIUM/HIGH 12-15 mins. Heat grill to medium/high. Place the fillet on aluminium foil. Place onto wire rack of a grill pan and grill for 12-15 minutes.

Other

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
