Cully (the cook) knows that for good food you need great ingredients.They also love business (well Sully does!!).The business of making good, honest & tasty food is what Cully & Sully do best!If you go back in time, no matter what generation it was, there's always been old tales of magical cures.The ancient Egyptians used magical spells, the Ancient Romans made wild concoctions and Medieval Europe simply recommended putting a potato in your pocket! Just like these, we don't know if it's true or not, but a bowl of granny's soup was our family's go-to comfort. On chilly days, after a long afternoon, or whenever we needed a little lift, she'd serve a steaming bowl of soup and call it a hug in a bowl. Whether there was any magic in it or not, it always made us feel a little better!

Preparation and Usage

Shake Well Before HeatingPretend You're Dining Out:If you want to add a lovely rich, herby finish to your chicken soup: whisk crème fraîche until it is smooth and light. Stir in some finely chopped thyme leaves. Then let a little blob melt into your chicken soup. Yum!Careful now...Push the sides apart.Squeeze edges and pull spout outIf all else fails... Find a scissors... or ask your granny!

Microwave

Instructions: Give the carton a good shake and pour 250g into a microwaveable bowl. Stand on a microwaveable plate. Heat at 800w for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Stand for 2 minutes. Stir before serving.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Ensure soup is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Hob

Instructions: Give the carton a good shake and pour contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently but don't let it boil.

Storage

For use by: See top of carton. Store in a refrigerator 0-5°C. Consume within 2 days of opening.Suitable for home freezing-though it's best eaten fresh! Freeze immediately and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before heating and use the same day.
