Preparation and Usage

Ground for Filter and CafetièreWarm your cafetière and add 1 rounded dessert spoon (or 2 if you like it stronger) of coffee per person.Pour in 1 cup of water (just off the boil) per person, stir to release the flavours then leave to stand for 3-5 minutes.Plunge, pour and enjoy.For filter coffee, use the same guide and brew according to your preference.
