Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Season darnes as desired and wrap loosely in aluminum foil. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Season darnes as desired and place fish in a hot pan with a little oil. Reduce heat and cook for 10 - 12 minutes turning once. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
