Oat Bran Medium CutHelps to lower cholesterol** Porridge Oats are a source of soluble fibre beta glucan which has been shown to reduce cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. One 30g serving provides 1.3g beta glucan soluble fibre which is over 40% of the suggested daily intake of 3g of beta glucan.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: To make as a porridge see cooking instructions below or sprinkle onto foods directly from the pack for an extra nutritional boost.

Hob

Instructions: Place 30g of White's Oat Bran Medium Cut and approx. 170ml of water or milk into a saucepan and stir. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 4 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve.
