OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 10-15 mins. Pre-heat oven and place fillet on aluminium foil and wrap loosely around fillet. Place on baking tray in oven to allow to cook for 10-15 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
Instructions: GRILL MEDIUM/HIGH 10-15 mins. Heat the grill to medium/high. Place fillet on aluminium foil. Place onto wire rack of a grill pan and grill for 10-15 Minutes or until piping hot throughout.
Instructions: SHALLOW FRY 10-12 mins. Pre-heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan over a medium heat. Pan fry the salmon fillet for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Always check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
