Instructions: Pre-heat oven. Place scampi on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. Turn once halfway during cooking.200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 15 mins

Grill

Instructions: Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Turn scampi occasionally.6-7 mins

Deep Fry

Instructions: Pre-heat the oil. Lower scampi gently into the oil and fry.175°C 3-4 mins
