Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Please ensure food is cooked through until ppiping hot. The above instructions are guidelines only.

Deep Fry

Instructions: Hob: Remove all packaging. Deep fry for 5 minutes until cooked through.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven for 200°C/400°F/ Gas Mark 6. Place on baking tray. Cook in the middle shelf of oven approximately 12-15 minutes turning regularly until cooked through.

IMPORTANT: This product contains raw fish and must be cooked according to cooking instructions. Although extra care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
