Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7Time: 15 minutesRemove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat. Place chicken goujons on a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking time.
