Preparation and Usage

Preparation instructions : When ready to use, preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan assisted/Gas Mark 6). Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.1. Pull off the label where indicated and release the dough by twisting the can (the can may burst slightly).2. Unroll the dough and follow the perforations to separate into pieces. Do not eat raw dough.3. Place 2 chocolate sticks at the end of each piece of dough and roll both ends inwards.4. Place them seam side down and spaced out on the baking tray.5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the pains au chocolate are golden brown. Baking times may vary depending on the oven used. Adjust accordingly.Tip: For a deeper golden colour, glaze with milk or an egg wash before baking.
