I love this product, a good standby for when I have no fresh veg in. With only having shopping delivered once a week these have been a life saver. They add colour to a plate and taste good too.

This Birds Eye Super Sunshine Mix Vegetable is delicious. I always keep this and other Birds Eye veg and rice well stocked. We love them. Birds Eye quality is far superior to other frozen veg. I agree with the poster who stated negative posters do NOT know how to cook and throw the item in the rubbish.

Had these tonight with Tesco chicken fillets and Diane sauce done as a stir fry; use a wok and a little oil; dice and cook the chicken; when cooked drain off the excess oil and add the Steamfresh; cook for 5 minutes and add the sauce; cook for another 5 minutes and serve; delicious.Those with negative reviews don't seem to have a clue how to cook.
