Instructions: Do not remove from bag.Pierce bag several times and place on a non metallic plate.Cook on full power for time indicated above.Allow to stand for 1 minute.Adjust times to your particular microwave oven.

Stir Fry

Instructions: Wok 5 mins Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Stir fry over a medium/high heat for 5 mins.

Steam

Instructions: Steam 7 mins Remove all packaging. Place contents in the steamer. Steam for 7 minutes or until tender.

Hob

Instructions: Hob 4 minsRemove all packaging.Place in pan of boiling water.Cover and bring back to the boil.Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes or until tender.Drain well and serve immediately.

Storage

Keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C). Not suitable for freezing.
