Preparation and Usage
Hoisin Stir Fry with Chicken.
Cooking time: 3-4 minutes
Method: Hob
Ingredients:
1 Pouch Tesco Hoisin Stir Fry Sauce;
200g chicken breast, cubed;
100g spring onions, sliced diagonally;
100g sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally;
Reserve the green tops of the spring onions for garnish.
Method:
1. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Add chicken breast and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the spring onion, sugar snaps and sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
To serve:
Garnish with the tops of the spring onion.
Why not try - duck breast as an alternative to chicken.
