Defrosted Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon SlicesOur Salmon is caught in the Alaskan waters of the Pacific ocean and chosen to ensure the high quality the company prides itself in always attaining. Nolan's have been smoking salmon since 1912 and follow traditional smoking techniques. The salmon is carefully filleted and then smoked to perfection before being sliced for your convenience.The end result is a delicious smoked salmon of incomparable flavour, texture and appearance. Preparation and Usage

15' Preparation guidelinesFor best results, open pack and separate the slices 15 minutes prior to eating to allow the salmon to reach room temperature. This will restore the smoked salmon to its full flavour.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
