Cooking Instructions

Instructions: These are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. Cut pudding into desired thickness.Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry pudding over a medium temperature for approx. 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill

Instructions: Preheat grill to medium temperature. Grill pudding for approx. 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Air Fry

Instructions: Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally.

WARNING: Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some small bones may remain.Pudding casing is not edible.
