Made in our Devon Creamery using West Country milk, our custard is ready to eat cold, but if you prefer yours warmed up, then simply take off the entire lid, and heat the custard pot in the microwave on full power for 30 seconds, then leave to stand for one minute. Whether you're having your custard hot or cold, you can enjoy it on its own, use as a dessert topping on a trifle or pour it over your favourite dessert, like a steaming apple crumble, or bananas and berries for a quick pudding. They're also great for lunchboxes or on days out as there's no need to keep the custard pots chilled. Made using 100% natural flavours, Ambrosia custard is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The recipe has been changed. It tastes very different and has lost its creamyness and vanilla flavour. My autism son used to love it but gagged last time he had it. I tried it to confirm the change. Why oh why would you change the recipe???? Very upset about this.

Love these pots, as I don't like having yogurt every day for dessert. Perfect with cherries or a sprinkle of nutmeg. Unfortunately, Tesco have put these up in price by 20p, that's 5p per pot. Why? That's the reason for not giving 5 stars, especially with people struggling financially. Tesco - please re adjust your prices.
