Cooking Instructions
Instructions: As with any hot product, please be careful.

Instructions: (Serves 2)- Stir one cup (80g) of Flahavan's Real Fruit Porridge into 2 1/2 cups (550ml) of cold water or milk.- Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously. You will notice the fruits expand as they absorb water as part of the cooking process.
