Not ripe or ready
Review from Tesco
Ripe & ready?? I bought these 2 weeks ago and they are still not ready to eat. ( Ripe & ready bananas have the same problem).
It wasn’t sweet
Review from Tesco
They were the most tasteless mangoes I've ever eaten in my life, immature and hard this time I didn't like it.

PALMER... Dont buy.
Review from Tesco
Truly awful mango. The Palmer isnt very nice to eat, its fibrous, pale and not sweet at all, like the other varieties. I wont buy these again.
Fruit was Rotten right through
Review from Tesco
All 3 packs of mangoes were completely rotten right through. I am concerned about Tesco’s quality and I may stop buying fruit and veg as it has been quite poor recently.
Please display the variety of mango
Review from Tesco
Quality depends on the variety supplied. The 'Palmer' is usually unripe and tastes revolting and still gets supplied even if you note that you do not want this variety. Kent is excellent, shame the buyers do not taste them first!
unripe
Review from Tesco
These I have ordered over many months and every time they are very unripe and even after a week in the airing cupboard they are still rock hard - improve please
Rotten
Review from Tesco
The mango was rotten the day I received it via home delivery, for the second time! It is not only for mangoes. Most of the vegetables I get on home delivery are either already rotten or have the expiry coming the very next day. They need to be considerate. A person cannot possibly finish all the food the day he receives the order.
If you love mangos don't buy 'Palmer'
Review from Tesco
These mangos are the variety called 'Palmer' with a pale yellow flesh and even when properly ripened are insipid to eat. The best Mangos are 'Kent' which have orange flesh and when ripened are delicious. 'Kitt' also is tastier than Palmer. Why has Tesco's stopped putting which variety of mango they are selling.
good choice
Review from Tesco
Very tasty and not too hard. The whole fruit can be peeled, placed in a sealed container, in the fridge and it keeps very well for a couple of days.
