Review from Tesco
I have used Kenco really rich for over 15 years and loved it. However in the past 6 months it has gone downhill and the last 3 jars I have purchased have tasted like filth and not like coffee at all! Sorry.
Used to love it

Lost its flavour not as strong as it used to be , tried adding extra but makes it taste bitter now looking for another brand

Review from Tesco
I always go for intense/ rich instant coffee. Somehow for Kenco it's all bitterness and doesn't smell aromatic. Doesn't have the mild sweet tinge from other coffee either. I assume it's the type of blend but I wouldn't get this again.

Review from Tesco
Great tasting instant coffee but as another user review says, the refill pricing is a bit insulting considering there is no jar (which costs money to make, label and transport - you'd think they'd pass some of the cost savings on to us). Therefore I tend to buy the jars instead as, unlike the refills, it comes with a free jar.

Review from Tesco
Why is the refill more expensive than a new jar? Plus - I always get this coffee, so obviously I like it - 5* for that. Minus - it's rather corporately irresponsible of Tesco that special offers on the glass jar make it cheaper to get a new jar than to buy a refill - only 1* for that. A refill that uses less packaging than the original should ALWAYS be less/kg than the original, so please put the offers on the refills rather than the glass originals.
