Oven cook

Instructions: Get hands onPreheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan) / gas 61. Let your filo defrost in it's wrapper until it's soft - usually around 1 hour 45 minutes at room temp, or overnight in the fridge.2. When you're ready and your pastry has thawed, let it come fully to room temperature. It relaxes, and the sheets separate more easily.3. Fill, layer or wrap in the shape your recipe takes and bake until golden and crisp.

Keep frozenKeep the product frozen at -18°C, until its expiry date. Once thawed do not refreeze. For Best Before End and lot code see end of pack. Do not refreeze Use straight away once defrosted
