Crumbly meringue so if you want a gooey centre, I'd try a different one. Definitely not a nest, they're piped as a flat disc so toppings tend to roll off. Be fine for Eton mess and the like.

I buy these frequently and they are usually good. Except the last two packs which have contained two whole nests and the rest were broken into small pieces. What is happening to your quality control Tesco? Does anyone monitor feedback left by your customers and is anything done about your poor quality products?

Disappointing - Not Nests, just Flat Disks.

We ordered a pack of these for a lighter dessert for over Christmas and New Year. What arrived were not nests, more like flat disks of meringue. We were very disappointed with their appearance. Much of the defrosted frozen raspberries or strawberries just rolled off them. They looked a mess so we hid everything with squirty cream - but they tasted OK.

Too flat for a make a proper fruit nest, in fact you couldn't call them nests. otherwise fine if you want to do crumpled meringue, ie Eton mess, especially as a couple were broken
