Preparation and Usage

  • DIRECTIONS: Especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20 ml (4 x 5 ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. TO OPEN: SQUEEZE cap and TURN. TO CLOSE: Turn cap until it locks.

For long lasting fresh breath.

Loved the fresh mint smell when opening the bottle. After using the mouth wash my mouth did feel fresh and almost sparkling clean. It feel good to slosh it between my teeth and I could see the debris it removed in the sink. My breath felt clean and minty fresh for a long time after using it. My teeth felt cleaner for longer during the day. It you want a fresh mint mouth wash that looks after your teeth and gums then this is the one for you.

Cleaner, fresher and worth a try.

I tried a mouthwash many years ago and my abiding memory was a very harsh, stinging and very unpleasant experience - not to be repeated! However, when visiting a friend I was encouraged to try theirs, and was not overly irritated; so I applied for a sample. And I find that this is a completely different experience to what I remembered. It is fairly strong, but easily bearable, is pleasantly refreshing (mint) and is a routine that I can easily see myself following - especially as I can feel it getting to all parts where the brush can't reach. So it has my recommendation.

This Listerine Teeth and Gum Defence Mouthwash will leave your mouth feeling fresh and a little goes a long way. The flavour is quite strong and predictably minty, I find the freshness it gives your mouth is quite long lasting

I have been pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this mouthwash. From the first use my teeth and gums were left feeling and looking refreshed and clean. There has been no additional build up of plaque, a reduction in gum sensitivity and an overall feeling of complete oral hygiene satisfaction. I would defiantly buy and recommend

My first day trying LIsterine was awful. On the package you can read "fresh mint" so I was shocked after first try as I expected niece mint taste like toothpaste has.. but nothing like this.. more like hospital or ...it is hard to describe...

After using Listerine Total Care 10 in 1 for just over a week my teeth and gums feel so much cleaner! The strong taste is really satisfying and makes your mouth feel reassuringly clean and fresh. Having used a number of different brands of mouthwash over the years I thought they were all roughly the same, however I was pleasantly surprised at how much better this product was over the alternatives. I wouldn't buy anything else now and highly recommend everyone to try it!

Well after using the new Listerine mouthwash I can say for sure that your mouth fells fresher and cleaner. Teeth have a smoother feel to them which lasts longer than brushing alone. On first using the mouthwash the taste was quite strong and made your tongue and mouth tingle which you did get used to after using it regularly.

Listerine Total Care Mouthwash is incredibly strong tasting, it left my mouth and gums feeling; tingly and numbed. It is best not to put to much in your mouth at once as the taste and effect are so strong, It then left my mouth and teeth feeling incredibly fresh and squeaky clean for hours afterwards.
