Cooking Instructions
Instructions: This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.Remove all packaging.
Deep Fry
Instructions: 175ºC 5-7 minsPre-heat the oil.Lower fillets gently into the oil and fry.
Grill
Instructions: 10-12 minsPre-heat grill to a medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200º C, Fan 180ºC, Gas 6 15-17 minsPre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.
